Just when I thought I was going to have to figure out a way to wrangle my crazy family through this much awaited day by myself - you stepped in with your generous offer to spend your own vacation time in Florida coordinating our wedding day for us! All of your help with the decor ( and the dreaded chair covers), the scheduling, timeline, and vendor contacts was pulled off without a hitch! Everyone arrived on time and all was ready to go when I arrived (late, of course).

I know my family can be hard to deal with, but you were perfect! Your fantastic sense of humor put everyone in a pleasant mood, even when things didn't go according to plan; due to their own craziness, or mine. I would never have been able to get through the day without you, and I hope other brides are lucky enough to have you around to help make their day the most wonderful of their lives. The idea that you gave us and then made happen to make special postcards for our guests to fill out was perfect; especially since my mom forgot to bring the guest book. The reception set up was so lovely; and I truly felt like a princess when we walked in to cheers and smiles from our loved ones.

You began helping the moment I hired you; and I made it through some very rough times in the months before the wedding day because you were there to talk it through with me and help me see reason in some unreasonable situations. You always made sure to let me know that no matter what goes on before the day; you would be there to make sure our wedding went just as we wished it would. You made our wedding day possible and I am grateful for everything you have done for us.

Kelley Lynn was a phenomenal asset to our perfect day. We hosted a 'do-it-yourself wedding,' and though we loved being 100% involved in the creation of our vision, we encountered obstacles when needing to pull it all together on the big day. Fearing the extra responsibility during a time that was to be meditative and anticipatory, we found MyAisleRunner.com and immediately contacted Kelley Lynn. Our needs were few, but very detailed and specific. She created beautiful table displays that modeled exactly what we had hoped, and our guests were so impressed by the elegance of what had been arranged.

The centerpieces and reception accessories were a major part of the ambiance we wanted to emphasize. On a personal note, Kelley Lynn was a pleasure to work with; she was accomodating, prompt, flexible, and had (has) such a beautifully sweet disposition. You are a lifesaver! We can't thank you enough for all the help you gave us to prepare for our wedding day. Even though you were our day of coordinator you went the extra mile to help us along the process. You did a great job coordinating with our DJ and the venue. I don't know what we would have done without your help with our centerpieces and favors.

Dear Kelley,

Our wedding was a wonderful celebration, and it wouldn't have been possible without your help. Thank you so much. Between Mathew and my own busy work schedules, we don't know how we would have had time to plan and organize a wedding all on our own.

Mat and I know how busy we kept you throughout the planning process. From calling and being the contact for the vendors, finding a hotel for my guests, to simply putting some creative ideas such as a postcard guestbook, and doing "errands" like dropping off my gown to the drycleaner, helping the minister organize the rehearsal, escorting guests, running last minute errands, and "assuring" me that everything will turn out right - you did a great job!

Lastly, thank you for all the moral support you gave us over the last few months.This has been a crazy, hectic time, and it was great to know you were always there. Because of your time, patience, understanding and organization----I had a perfect wedding day. Again, thank you!
