"Did you get a haircut?"
No, it shrank.

"What about those gas prices?"
Yes, they are high. Just because we're both waiting to get our oil changed doesn't mean we have to converse.

I never read a one. I got all of my needs met at brides.com. I am now loving the nest.com for organizing my addresses and such. I knew by your wedding that I wished I could have you for a planner. I am thrilled that you are doing this and if you write a book I will buy it for when my kids get married.

yes, I wish we would have waited for warm weather and married in our back yard and had a picnic reception.

I sure shouldn't have bought a gown when I knew my dear friend would make me an even more perfect gown. I still haven't been able to sell the first one.

For a wedding gift I got Bob a watch so he would stop wearing the cheap one his ex gf gave him. He gave me a weeks worth of honeymoon night wear. I think we were both self serving in our gift giving, lol.

We didn't have favors or anything personalized. I thought I was being frugal but really we are both so simple that something more simple would have suited us better. It was freezing cold in January so it made sense at the time to go to Vegas. We could not have waited. I really wanted to get married the month before but it would lose us to much on taxes and we still would have had to be inside.

Tee hee...I only had 7 guests..it was pretty easy to spend time with them. We got married in Vegas and all of our guests stayed the weekend. The night after the wedding night I went out with the girls. That was very fun. The next day DH and I went on an all day road trip to red rocks, while my friends took my son and his girlfriend to Hoover dam and my in laws went to another town to gamble in a more wild west looking town. My MOH went to stay with her aunt who lived there. It was just all so relaxed and fun.

When we got home we had a small reception, with about 20 guests. Most of the guests were family. The reception was gifted to us by his Aunt, Uncle, and his step mom. I have never felt so loved or so happy.

If I was to start a new business I would be a planner for weddings under $3000. I miss the small weddings of the olden days.

Oh, and lets not forget, she cuts her hair short after the wedding. I have actually heard men discuss the "fact" that all women do so. I had hair to my a** until I had 2 children under 2 years of age. A long strand of my hair got wrapped around my infant sons tiny little finger and required a doctors visit. I got my hair cut short that day.

Our one year was on 1-6-08. I love that my husband is affectionate, romantic, manly, wise, kind, loving, funny, unassuming, hot, honest, has his hand on me almost all night every night, holds hands when we are out, is spiritual, hardworking, honorable, is a great cook, does all the yard work, takes my honey do lists seriously, and that he still makes me feel incredibly sexy although I am 43 now. I'm sure I love him for even more reasons but it's late now.

I wish for all people to be so wonderfully partnered. BTW Kelley Lynn. I am ordained and am in the Portland Oregon Area. Will you please remember that since I know you know people all over the world? Best wishes for a successful business. I'm sure you will out do all of the competition. I love you Kelley!

We spent some time alone during the limo ride and it was the best part of the day for me. Drinking champagne and kissing and just being away from the chaos that was waiting inside the reception. it was nice.
